Application Process

In order to apply for housing or be placed on the waiting list, please bring the following items with you to the Housing Office:

  • Copy of completed Civilian Rental Application
  • Copy of offer letter for employment at YPG
  • Renter’s Insurance is required
  • Most recent paystub and/or 90-day employment history verification (if applicable)

  • Proof of Dependents
  • Marriage Certificate/Birth Certificate/Custody Paperwork
  • $50 Application Fee/Background Check

No Housing will be offered without a complete application package.

Walk‐ins are welcome, however, appointments are recommended.

    3. 2. Review the Checklist on step 1 :
      (all items on checklist are needed to be placed on the waitlist and be offered a home)
    4. 3. Submit Completed Application and all items on Move in Checklist via email or in person by visiting our housing office:

Once all documents are received we will review and process your application and inform you of the next steps. Housing assignments are only performed once orders and all documents are received.
